How can I make my computer chair recline easer (be less stiff)?

I know that on all reclining computer chairs, there's a little knob under the front that regulates the "stiffness", but even when my knob is turned all the way to be the least-stiff, its still relatively stiff. Is there a way that I can make it recline easier?
