What is a chairs that store a footrest into an oval called?

My daughter has a Care Bear chair thing and I want to replace it but not sure what it is called? It has 2 chairs that if you line up the footrest sits in the middle and makes an oval. It is all cushion soft material. Any ideas what this is called?

1. I've never heard of a generally accepted name. The maker might have given it a name of his own. It sounds original or 'different'.
