What would I have to do to set up a "booth" in which to give chair massage outside a business?

I live in North Idaho and am taking a Massage Therapy course in Washington. What are the requirements for massaging in Idaho? And what would I have to do to go about giving chair massage as a simple side job? I know that you are not required to be licensed in Idaho, but I would like to know if there are ANY laws at all that would prevent me from doing this. Thanks in advance!
