Is it true pregnant woman should NOT use electric massage chairs?

Are pregnant woman allowed to use electric massage chairs or not?? If not, how come?

1. Pregnant Women shouldn't use electric chairs, they also say pregnant women shouldn't use heating pads. I don't know why though sorry.
2. It's not true. The electromagnetic fields aren't a problem, and your baby probably gets more vibrations from your walking around all day than from your sitting in one of these chairs.
3. I don't know. I used them with my 2 youngest, daily due to being tense from my factory job & uncomfortable due to the pregnancies.
